Tacos al Carbon

4 corn tortillas, lightly moisturized with guajillo pepper sauce and filled with your choice of asada (steak), adobada (marinated pork) or grilled chicken and topped with pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream. Served with rice, beans and guacamole.
